Daddy got a TRACTOR!!

Hubs has been having a hard time keeping up with our lawn.  He gets home pretty late from work and if he were to go out and mow the lawn he would miss the 15-30minutes time he gets to spend with his boys.  He can't count on being able to mow on Saturday or Sunday... it might not always be a nice enough day to mow.

So Hubs has been searching Craiglist for a 'tractor'.  When the boys see ride on mowers they call them tractors.  Anyway, he found one that he thought would be perfect for us.  On Thursday he went to look at it... and .....

Thursday evening the boys got to ride it around the yard

Big Boys Nap so Mama Snaps

M & G have been so hard to photograph lately.  They are getting so big and becoming TWO year olds... aka not listening. at. all/  :(  I know they are two and they will learn, but ohhh.  haha

Since I love to take pictures I have been snapping away with L as my subject.  I already warned Hubs that since he will be home tomorrow he needs to help me get pictures of all three of the boys.  Neither one of us are very excited about that.  Hopefully they will surprise us and I will get some good shots.

L's Arrival

I need to write up L's birth story, but it's awfully hard to type while holding the nugget.  So instead I will share a huge load of photos.

I love that Daddy got this picture.  I love the weight on the screen behind L.

I love that L got to come into recovery with me.  (More on that later)

The rest of our stay in the hospital included a lot of photos taken by mommy some taken by daddy and lots of snuggles.

M & G came to visit the 2nd day.

M getting to hold L for the first time.

G getting to hold L for the first time.

L's first photo shoot :)

Ready to go home.
L is so tiny in his car seat.  We weren't thrilled with how he 'held up' during the drive.  We want to get an infant insert.  M & G had a fuzzy one that was meant for the winter.  It wasn't necessarily an insert to hold up the babe it was more to keep him warm in the winter... but it did a better job holding the babe in place.  With no insert L just kinda slides all over the place.

Finally home.
Trying to spend some quality time with all the boys.

Tonka Tough

I was able to finish going through my tonka pictures this afternoon.  All 3 boys decided to take an amazing nap.  Yes I should have napped also... but figured a shower would be nice.  Since I took a shower I didn't want to nap, assuming one of the three would wake any minute.  An hour later they are all still sleeping soundly.

I know I probably shouldn't post 5 of the 'same' picture, but how do you decide which is better... I mean he is just so cute I had to go with one of each 'pose'.

I think I did decide on a favorite one of the series... it would be this one.  He just looks so peaceful and content.

L Newborn Sneak Peek

I have been so excited to take newborn photographs of Little Man.  For almost 9 months I was searching ideas and safety online, jotting down my own ideas, and getting excited about having my own little doll to photograph.

Since he is mine and I have 2 others I decided that I am going to take newborn photos over a period of time.  There is no way I can do them all in one sitting.  Especially being the mommy and just having a c-section.

Here is a preview of last nights photo shoot.

Grandma and Grandpa got M & G Tonka trucks per Hub request for their first Christmas.  I wasn't thrilled about the trucks seeing as the boys were 9 months old at the time.  So Hubs agreed to put them in the attic for a little bit.  Having extra toys out in our little house is just not an option.

Hubs brought the trucks down from the attic awhile ago.  Ever since, M & G have loved playing with them.  Their favorite thing is to sit on the back and drive it around like it's a ride on toy.  Genius isn't it.

I decided to take a play from their book and put L on the back for a little ride.

Hopefully I will get the rest from this shoot up before the day is over.....

BIG DAY

Tomorrow is the big day.  We will be welcoming Little Man into the world sometime around 11am.

I am so excited to be meeting him!  His birth isn't going to be exactly what I wanted, but it is what it is and I will get to hold him in my arms no matter what tomorrow.

I had a little photo shoot that I wanted to do with the boys before baby brother was born but I haven't had a nice enough day or time or hands to do it :(.  I decided that I was going to at least attempt one of the pictures I wanted even if it was going to be done in our dark dreary house.  After dinner tonight (which was so delicious, thank you Hubby) I painted M's right hand and G's left.  Hubs and I twisted their arms and my belly enough to make a heart on baby brother.

The boys are so excited to meet baby brother.  They go into his room every time we walk upstairs.  They push his swing.  They give my belly kisses and pats.

They are going to love on him so much.

I think the little heart on my belly proves that.

40 weeks preggo and ready to meet my new little man.

To be honest I am nervous about bringing home baby brother.  I love M & G SO MUCH.  I'm not worried that I can't love another (like I hear most 2nd time moms are) I already love more than one.  I am just nervous because I'm afraid that I won't be able to give the babe (whether it be Little Man, M, or G) the attention and time that he needs at the exact moment he needs it.  Hubs reminds me that I do it all the time with 2 already... but it hasn't changed my fears yet :)

We are asking for your prayers... I know that there are only 10 hours until my scheduled c-section, but we are still praying that he will decide to come on his own.  I would really (laugh if you please) 'like' a natural birth.
